SafeRide Technologies joins GENIVI Alliance

All members will now be able to easily implement and use SafeRide's technology in order to secure connected and autonomous cars

SafeRide Technologies, provider of industry-leading multi-layer cybersecurity solutions for connected and autonomous vehicles, has announced that it has joined the GENIVI Alliance, a non-profit alliance focused on delivering open source, in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) and connected vehicle software.

SafeRide’s vSentry™ cybersecurity software will be available on the GENIVI platform, joining over 140 companies in the alliance. All members will now be able to easily implement and use SafeRide’s technology in order to secure connected and autonomous cars from both known and unknown cybersecurity threats.

Hilik Stein, CTO of SafeRide Technologies commented on the development “With access to the GENIVI ecosystem, our solution will be more readily available to members of the alliance, allowing us to further develop our product and continue to give back to the automotive cybersecurity community.”
