Subaru of America, Inc. has recently selected Aria’s Cloud Billing and Monetization Platform as a key component of its connected vehicle strategy. With Aria, Subaru will be able to provide rapid time-to-market of, and increased line-of-business control over, its connected vehicle services.

Subaru plans to use Aria’s technology to quickly create offerings to better meet the constantly evolving needs of its loyal customer base. With the agility of Aria’s Cloud Billing and Monetization Platform, Subaru can launch recurring services and the myriad options for Subaru owners. Subaru’s selection of Aria Systems reflects its continued customer focus and its desire to prioritize time-to-market and ease-of-implementation of these new services for its vehicle owners.

Enterprises like Subaru rely on Aria’s Cloud Billing and Monetization Platform to take billing management implementation out of the traditionally lengthy IT queue and place control in the hands of the business owner. The Line of Business can then make changes in minutes or hours, instead of days or weeks, to quickly cater to customer demands for new connected service offerings with superior flexibility. For Subaru, this means that the Line of Business can launch new offerings and services in a fraction of the time, without tying up internal IT resources.

Tom Dibble, CEO, Aria Systems, said:

We are honored to be part of the extended Subaru family helping them deliver upon their connected car initiative. Aria’s experience in cloud billing and the monetization of recurring revenue, IoT, and automotive vertical expertise makes us well-equipped to enable Subaru’s standard of customer satisfaction via technology services.
