Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, is introducing a host of tech-driven new-age solutions for customers as well as its dealer partners under its Digitalization strategy.
On the sidelines of inauguration of its new Audi Gurugram showroom, the company announced that it plans to integrate the car of tomorrow into the digital world of the customer today and has introduced ‘myAudi Connect’ App, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in Digital Retail. The company has also launched Audi online shop offering merchandise.
The ‘myAudi Connect’ App gives complete information on the car to the customer with features like Time-based curfew notifications and Disturbance notifications which alerts customers in case of any incident with the car. The App also compliments the lifestyle of the Audi owner by bringing a host of lifestyle features and offers.
The Audi dealers can also keep control over their complete fleet through this App. Audi has also introduced Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) elements that give customers a look and feel of the car that can be configured before the purchase.
As part of its Digital Retail initiative, Audi has also taken e-commerce to the next level. The customers will now be able to purchase genuine Audi merchandise directly online from the Audi Shop on URL (www.audiindia.in/audishop).
The customer experiences Digitalization right from his first contact with the Audi brand and it continues throughout his/her journey as an Audi family member. ‘myAudi Connect’ App brings complete safety for family members with features like Car tracking, Geo fencing (Locationbased curfew) or Time-based curfew along with Disturbance in case of any incidents.
It also brings to customers features like Service booking, Service logs, Road Side Assistance, SOS features and lifestyle elements like a Concierge Desk along with a driving score for Customer trips in a gamified manner.
