iMotion Technology, a Chinese ADAS provider, and Delloyd, a Malaysian automotive parts manufacturing company, entered into an agreement for sale of iMotion’s ADAS to OEMs in Malaysia.
iMotion’s ADAS is being used in ~30 car models, running in 100+ countries. iMotion’s ADAS uses chips from Horizon Robotics’ Journey 6, Texas Instruments and Renesas. It has a R&D facility in Germany.
