Altair unveils SimSolid for electronics

TROY, Mich., March 20, 2024 — Altair announced the release of Altair SimSolid for multi-physics scenario exploration for electronics, from chips, PCBs, and ICs to full system design. By using SimSolid, engineers and technologists can reduce design errors, reduce time-to-market, and increase product quality. Additionally, the software provides real-time data and analysis, enabling users to make informed decisions and improve their designs continually.

As a result, it delivers results in seconds to minutes – up to 25x faster than traditional finite element solvers – and effortlessly handles complex assemblies.
