Baoneng Motor partners with Aurora Mobile for intelligent mobility service, experience

Aurora Mobile, a leading mobile developer service provider, claimed on Jan. 27 it entered into a strategic partnership with Baoneng Motor and its subsidiary Foresea Seven Swords to co-work on intelligent mobility services and experience.

Through the newly-formed partnership, Aurora Mobile will extend the applications of such capabilities as the AI-powered analysis of operational data and the deep insight into users’ behaviors in automobile and mobility service fields. Meanwhile, the company will leverage its advantageous push technology to offer Baoneng Motors’ car owners smarter and more human-friendly interactive experience and mobility services.

“We believe that the joint exploration of auto intelligentization will support high-quality development for auto industry and help unleash the potential of auto consumption,” said Aurora Mobility. 

Founded in 2011, Aurora Mobile is committed to providing efficient and stable push notification, one-click verification and App traffic monetization services to help developers improve operational efficiency. Moreover, the company’s vertical applications have expanded to market intelligence, financial risk management, and location-based intelligence, empowering various industries to improve productivity and optimize decision-making.

Established in March 2017, Baoneng Motor serves as a platform of automobile resource pooling and business development for Baoneng Group, a Chinese property and financial services conglomerate.

At the Auto China 2020, Baoneng Motor unveiled its self-developed xEV platform that is compatible with multiple power solutions like BEV (battery electric vehicle), PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) and REEV (range-extended electric vehicle). The first vehicle based on the platform rolled off the production line while the company’s Xi’an plant was launched.

Baoneng Motor announced in last Nov. the establishment of the automotive software company, namely “Foresea Seven Swords”. The subsidiary is designed to be a provider of intelligent vehicle-related software and innovative business models, said Baoneng Motor. It will engage in the R&D of smart car architecture, automotive-grade chips, car-to-cloud distributed computing platform, autonomous driving system, intelligent cockpit, vehicle control system, cloud service platform and other technical products.
