Komaki’s electric scooter ‘Flora’ gets an upgrade

Komaki Electric, a company focused on manufacturing electric vehicles, announced its scooter- Flora, priced at Rs 69,000.

Flora, features heat-resistant Lithium Ion Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, delivering a power of 3KW. The iron-containing cells highlight Komaki’s dedication, enhancing fire resistance in the LiFePO4 battery and demonstrating their commitment to safe e-mobility in Indian transit.

Flora has a detachable battery which is easily installable and removable by the rider. The dashboard includes a self-diagnostic meter, backrest, parking, and cruise control. Additionally, there is a seat with boot space. Moreover, safety is ensured with a front brake of 270x35mm Disc and a drum brake at the rear. Flora delivers a mileage of 85 to 100 kilometers on a single charge.

Gunjan Malhotra, Director of Komaki Electric Division, expressed her excitement about Flora’s re-launch, stating, “Re-launching our advanced electric scooter, Flora, will revolutionize the clean mobility market in the country. It will contribute significantly towards a steady energy transition. Moreover, we continue to innovate and lead the charge in sustainable transportation. We believe the Flora model will not only redefine the future of electric mobility but also inspire a positive shift towards eco-conscious choices nationwide.”

Komaki Flora scooters are available in four luxurious colours – jet black, garnet red, steel grey, and sacramento green. Furthermore, the scooter features a robust steel chassis designed to withstand the rigors of Indian roads, ensuring durability.

The re-launch of the Komaki Flora model marks a pivotal moment in the clean mobility sector. Moreover, it promises riders an exhilarating experience with the latest advancements in EV technology.
