My Eicher app hits 75,000 customers

  • Launched in 2021, My Eicher app has more than 200,000 connected Eicher trucks and buses

New Delhi, 16th, August 2023. Eicher Trucks & Buses provides its customers a connected ecosystem through its My Eicher app. The app is an integrated digital platform to manage fleet efficiency, fuel, reducing operational cost and vehicle uptime.

As a significant milestone, the My Eicher app has now gained more than 75,000 customers since its launch in 2021. It covers more than 200,000 Eicher trucks and buses.

The introduction of My Eicher app has boosted the business profitability of fleet owners. By providing valuable fuel management and driving behavior insights, the app enables fleet managers to increase their savings. This, in turn, helps in reducing wasteful and unsafe practices. Customers have also experienced considerable improvements in operational efficiency, saving significant downtime through the service.

Recognizing the industry-leading innovation, CMO Asia has awarded My Eicher with the Best New Brand, Product, or Service Launch Award. Moreover, this recognition was presented at its National Awards for Excellence in Branding and Marketing. By the end of the next financial year, My Eicher expects to add another 100,000 vehicles to the platform.
